Criterion™ W-L Differential Medium – Dehydrated Culture Media

 Wallerstein Laboratory Medium, used for isolating bacteria encountered in brewing an industrial fermentation processes. Generally used with W-L Nutrient Medium, in a three plate system. Dissolves quickly, tested for optimal growth. Stackable wide mouth containers reduce dust, allowing easy entry of a scoop.

Available in several sizes:
  • 2L Mylar Bag – Premeasured for 2L batch
  • 500g Bottle – approx. 6 batches
  • 2kg Bucket –  approx. 25 batches
