TC 9639 Gradient Thermal Cycler is the ideal choice for medium to high throughput laboratories seeking consistent and reliable results. Equipped with a user-friendly large touch-screen interface and a multi-format block, it offers maximum flexibility and ease of use. The program wizard and 10 preinstalled programs simplify operation, making it easier to get started with complex protocols.

Through the large, full color touch screen, you can access all functions, edit programs, and create protocols with ease. Never miss a run program with the “Home” screen icon, and quickly access your favorite programs through customizable icons.

It offers next-level ease of use with its program wizard, which guides users step-by-step. It also features graphical program displays and virtual keyboard for alphanumeric program and folder naming. This thermal cycler also allows for fine-tuned temperature and time increments, as well as slower ramp rates. With unlimited storage, programs can be kept in public or private folders, or even on a flash drive.

It is designed with an adjustable heated lid that maintains temperature and prevents sample condensation or evaporation. The block temperature and lid temperature can be programmed for accurate and precise heating and cooling and the lid turns off automatically when the block temperature is below 35°C. This device is optimized for sample temperature control with a proprietary algorithm that simulates sample temperature.

With the multi-format block, it can accommodate 96x 0.2mL tubes, a 96 well plate, 0.2mL strips and 39x 0.5mL tubes without needing to purchase separate interchangeable blocks. For protocol optimization and precise temperature control, you can easily set up a gradient across the block and an optional in-situ adapter allows for incubation of slides. Plus, a 384 well block can be purchased with the unit.
