MC-24™ Touch High Speed Microcentrifuge is the ideal partner for any molecular biology laboratory. Featuring an intuitive touch screen, that shows actual speed (in rpm or rcf), this unit can reach speeds of up to 13,500 rpm/16,800 xg. With the unique COMBI-Rotor™, it accepts both standard microtubes (1.5/2.0ml) and PCR tubes/strips (0.2ml) with ease. Up to 9 speed/time profiles can be stored in memory, allowing for easy recollection of your favorite settings. The home screen displays a “mySpin” icon that instantly recalls a designated favorite profile.
It comes with the unique COMBI-Rotor™, accepting 24×1.5/2.0ml tubes, 2 strips of 0.2ml tubes (16×0.2ml), and 12x spin column kits without requiring separate adapters. An optional 8 place rotor for 5ml and cryo tubes is also available. Its advanced air flow system ensures samples are kept cool and quiet during extended runs.
The MC-24 Touch is cold room safe and carries a 2 year warranty.
