Small but mighty, the compact AD-4961-2KD-2035 can achieve speeds up to 320 pieces per minute and has a overall system length under 3 feet. Protected from dust and water to IP65 standards, the hygienic design is complemented by standard food grade belting.
Unique modular and lightweight design consisting of 4 units (infeed conveyor unit, weighing conveyor unit, control unit & base unit) allows for fast and simple assembly. With a newly developed digital load cell, and an ultra-high speed processing module, high level precision of 0.08 g at 500g capacity, or .18g at 2,000g capacity offers best-in-class precision.
7 inch display utilizes a high visibility touch panel color LCD with friendly Graphic User Interface (audio guidance support function included). By inputting throughput (products per minute) or belt speed (m.min), optimal weighing conditions can be automatically set.
AD-4961-2KD-2035 stores up to 1000 products, and allows quick and easy uploading of product images to the checkweigher from a USB flash drive for quick product identification. Products can be divided into 10 different groupings, with up to 100 products able to be stored in each group.
