Glass Brix Hydrometer with included thermometer for easy temperature correction. Used to measure the percent of sugar (Degrees BRIX) in a solution.
Useful in food, beverage, beer/wine production. Features a built in thermometer for added accuracy of sample readings. 1° Brix = 1 Gram of sucrose in 100g of solution.
