Digital thermometer with memory monitoring, ideal for use in fridges and freezers. 
Accurately monitor temperatures in freezers, water baths, heating blocks, incubators, and refrigerators with this enclosed “temperature-buffered” sensor. Bottle insulates sensor from rapid temperature changes when door is opened. 
Triple display simultaneously shows high, low, and current temperatures. Minimum and maximum memory feature monitors the temperature conditions constantly. Unit reads ambient temperature or probe temperature.  

Alarm sounds when temperature rises above orfalls below set points. Continuously sounds for up to 12 hours, even if temperature returns to non-alarm range. Alarm sets in 1° increments, sensor features 10ft. cable.

Uses a AA alkaline battery for continuous 1-year always on monitoring.  Thermometer case is high-impact, chemical-resistant ABS plastic. Includes Traceable® Certificate.
